We’ve taken the considerable financial risk of operating a commercial kitchen and reduced it to a fixed cost on which to base your business plans. In addition, our hourly rates mean you only pay for what you use, removing the burden of long leases for small or young businesses. Your can start with us, grow with us, and move form our kitchen into your own when the time is right.

Our Hourly Kitchen Rates
The Culinary Studio is a 2,000 square foot facility, available for rent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer two complete kitchens plus a secured dry, cool, and frozen storage that is available to rent by the month.
Our Minimum Plan
30 Hours or Less Per Month
$25 / Per Hour Peak Hours $17 Per Hour Off-peak
31 to 60 Hours Per Month
$23 / Per Hour Peak Hours $16 Per Hour Off-peak
61 Hours or More Per Month
$21 / Per Hour Peak Hours $15 Per Hour Off-peak
Off Peak Hours are from 12am until 6am
