We’ve taken the considerable financial risk of opening and operating a commercial kitchen and reduced it to a fixed cost on which to base your business plans. In addition, our hourly rates mean you only pay for what you use, removing the burden of long leases for small or young businesses. You can start with us, grow with us, and move from our kitchen into your own when the time is right.

Our Hourly Kitchen Rates
The Culinary Studio is a 2,000-square-foot facility, available for rent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer two
complete kitchens plus secured dry, cool, and frozen storage available to rent by the month
Our Minimum Plan
(New clients starting) – 10 hours/per month – $250.00. Over 10 hours will be charged overage rates.
30 Hours or Less Per Month
$25 / Per Hour Peak Hours $17 Per Hour Off-peak
31 to 60 Hours Per Month
$23 / Per Hour Peak Hours $16 Per Hour Off-peak
61 Hours or More Per Month
$21 / Per Hour Peak Hours $15 Per Hour Off-peak
Off Peak Hours are from 12am until 6am
